Professional Samsung The Frame TV Installation

Samsung The Frame is designed to look like artwork—not a traditional television. Our Frame TV installation service focuses on achieving the clean, flush-to-the-wall appearance the TV was designed for while properly installing and configuring the system.

Standard service includes:

• Professional installation and leveling of one Samsung The Frame TV

• Installation of the Samsung-supplied Slim Fit Wall Mount

• Proper positioning for a clean, artwork-style appearance

• Installation and connection of the One Connect Box

• Connect TV to your existing Wi-Fi network

• Connect existing accessible video and streaming devices

• Update TV to the latest available firmware

• Configure up to 3 streaming services using your existing accounts

• Basic setup of Art Mode and TV settings

• Customer orientation on TV and Art Mode operation

• Removal of an existing TV from the mounting location, if necessary

Wire & One Connect Box Concealment

In-wall wire concealment and concealment of the One Connect Box are not included in the base installation price.

For the cleanest Frame TV installation, we can provide additional options including:

• Recessed in-wall box for the One Connect Box

• In-wall cable concealment

• Power relocation or electrical modifications

• Paintable surface cord cover where in-wall concealment is not possible

These options are available for an additional charge and can be selected or discussed with your installer.

Specialty Installations

The standard service is intended for installation on a standard drywall wall with conventional wood framing.

Brick, stone, tile, concrete, masonry, metal studs, fireplaces, specialty wall finishes, or other unusual mounting conditions may require additional labor, materials, or an on-site evaluation.

Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.

Please Note: The Samsung One Connect cable and One Connect Box require special consideration when creating a completely concealed installation. Your WSC technician will review the available concealment options based on your home's construction and desired finished appearance.
